SHIPPING INFO: Please check our shipping policy for shipping info.
WHERE IS BITE CLUB BAKED GOODS LOCATED?: We currently do not have a storefront but our baked goods are available at Graze Nashville daily as well as our other retail partners. We are at East Nashville Farmer’s Market every Tuesday evening and Richland Park Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings. Follow us on Instagram for updates.
WHERE TO FIND?: You can find our baked goods at Graze Nashville (1888 Eastland Ave) in Nashville, TN.
COOKIE SHELF LIFE?: Our cookies are soft baked and individually packaged in airtight bags allowing the cookies to last an exceptional number of days. Obviously, we suggest consuming immediately but we understand that doesn’t always happen. Once your package arrives, we highly recommend placing the cookies in the fridge or freezer immediately to extend shelf life. Cookies are fantastic up to 2-3 weeks (preferably refrigerated) and 2-3 months in the freezer in their original packaging.
CAKE SHELF LIFE?: Our cakes are baked to order and meant to be consumed immediately. Once you receive your cake, the cake can be left in its box for up to two days. That being said, leaving it two days or longer risks the cake sagging or allowing some bulging in between the layers. The best way to store your leftovers is to store them in an airtight container in your freezer.
WHERE IS THE NASHVILLE PICKUP LOCATION?: Our pickup location is at our Kitchen located behind Casa Azafran. If you are picking up a personal order, please check your email for specific instructions.
IS AN INVOICE SENT IN MY PACKAGE? No. We do not include invoices in the packages. A receipt will be sent in your order confirmation email.
CAN I GET MY PACKAGE ON A CERTAIN DATE? We ship Monday-Friday and can't guarantee exact delivery dates. We can however aim for a package to be delivered by a specific date. Just let us know in the note section at check out!
GLUTEN-FREE?: Our cakes and cookies are not gluten-free unless requested. We get a lot of requests for gf and are happy to make those adjustments with your cake orders. At this time we are NOT shipping Gluten Free cookies.
NUT ALLERGIES: The majority of our cookies are nut free but all cookies are baked in the same facility. We try our very best to keep everything separate but there is still a chance of cross contact. Please check the description of each item when ordering.
SOY FREE?: Our cakes and cookies are not soy free.
NUTRITION FACTS: As a very small business, we do not have the resources to obtain nutritional information for labels. Although, the major allergens for each cookie can be found on their individual product pages.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please let us know immediately via email. If your order was already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
